This is just to say that I really appreciate you sending Ray and Jason to clean rugs for me. They arrived on time, got right to work and were very polite.Even though my rugs are old, they look so much better. I have had my carpets cleaned before and I dreaded having it done. I used to be left with very Wet Floors and it took days to dry, with BOSS it only took 4-5 hours. They were efficient and are a credit to your company.
