Will BOSS file my insurance claim for me?
Depending on the size of the loss and the amount of the deductible you may or may not want to file a claim. It’s best to call BOSS before calling your insurance company to be advised if a claim is necessary. If so, you as the homeowner will need to file the claim. However, we will work closely with your insurance adjuster to ensure all aspects of your loss are identified.
I just mopped up all the water off my wood floors and they look fine. Are they?
